Baobei is now 7 months 10 daes old... how time flies!
My menses came back last month (yes, have been 'free' for 7+9 months)... then my bm supply started decreasing... i admit i have been stretching the time between my expresses by 1 hour, and sometimes even longer esp on weekends when we brought Baobei out... Dearie said the most crucial period for full benefits of bm is the 1st 6 months, n since Baobei has reached the 7 month mark, it's okay if my supply runs low...
Though my supply is running low, i still continue expressing (wanna let the supply stop naturally)... can oso start clearing the frozen stock in my (n MIL's cos my freezer was running outta space then) freezer... luckily Baobei has started on solid foods (n taking to it quite well)... she has had infant rice cereal, pumpkin, potato, fish porridge, banana puree, biscuits etc, all of which she likes... MIL has been diligently giving her fish porridge n rice cereal daily =)
