lodged a complaint with NEA regarding our food poisoning incident as cant find the correct feedback channel through Mos Burger... in the end, we lodged a complaint against NEA instead.... such poor attitude and service of the 2 staff who responded to us! realli gets on my nerves recalling the words they used....
in the end, Jo managed to find the number for the Mos Burger outlet... she called them on fri... their service is much much betta! attempts at service recovery were made too...

True enough! The service standards that were delivered to us, definetly score a distinction in BAD CUST SVC.
